My results when I tested out the new eWell Puck:
Plus (+) 6 reps on a test I haven’t been able to improve upon by even a single repetition in 2 years and a dozen attempts.
I set up 2 different physical testing models.
1) The first test would measure power & speed as well as power & speed recovery (Alactic Training Method) through a 2-handed Kettlebell Swing
2) The second Test was a combination power, strength, and aerobic capacity (Glycolitic-Aerobic Method) through hockey slide board touches
*After a total 6.5 minutes of work and 6.5 minutes of rest, my personal best in touches went from 337 to 349, a plus(+) 12 in total touches. I have never bested my total by more than 2 touches any of the dozen or more times I’ve performed this assessment over the past several years. The eWell Puck is the only variable that has changed.
