Grounding
All eWell Puck products should be “grounded” before initial use and every day of use thereafter. This simple practice will keep your eWell Puck product operating at peak efficiency.
Grounding Procedure
Simply place the eWell product on the earth and count to 10. Dirt or grass, doesn't matter. Alternatively, run it under the tap or submerge in water for the same 10 count.
All leather covered eWell Pucks; Halter, Bridle,Collar and Belt Pucks, Tagalongs, Leather eWell Bracelets and all Lumbar Plus products should be grounded in the same manner. Place them on the ground or run them under the tap. They can get wet without worry. An occasional dressing with our Saddle Buff will keep the leather in great condition.
That's it.
You can tell an eWell product needs grounding when its beneficial effects are diminished.
More frequent grounding is beneficial in settings with very high concentrations of non native EMF and blue light ie. Proximity to concentrations of people using computers, lap tops, cell phones, smart watches such as, airports, on long flights, in mass transit, hospitals, convention centers, labs and even some class rooms.
Just run it under the tap when you're next in the rest room.
Important note: an eWell product is automatically grounded when worn on a human, horse or pet that is grounded. Examples:
people outside barefoot or wearing leather soles shoes.
horses that lie down outside or are being washed. (Horses do not ground through their feet.)
dogs outside or being washed.
Care
All eWell products are always on.
They never need charging.
They're rugged. Won't Crack or break. They're scratch resistant.
They can go through the wash.
They can be completely submerged in water, even the leather covered ones. (It's a great way to ground them)
They can handle extreme temperatures.
They can be worn through TSA screening without harm or setting off alarms.
They will not interfere with medical devices
All leather covered eWell products will benefit from occasional dressing with our Saddle Buff.
If a clip comes off an eWell Puck, Do Not glue it back on. Certain adhesives will negate its benefits. Return it to us and we'll send you a replacement.
