Anthony V. was given a Puck in exchange for screenshots of his workout and performance results.
Overall, my resting heart rate has gone down since using the ewell. I feel less soreness after workouts and it has a calming effect on me.

Since I started using the eWell Puck a month ago, I learned that a major benefit is my ability to recover quickly during and after workouts. This quick recovery has led to an increase in confidence, leading me to push myself harder during workouts.
On January 15th, 2026, I completed one of my first workouts using the eWell puck. During my workout, I completed 3 sets of Leg Press and Lat Pulldown, followed by 3 sets of push-ups and sit-ups in 21 minutes (See first attachment). After the workout, I felt little to no soreness.
On, February 9th, 2026, I completed the same workout in the same amount of time. I lifted more weight during the Leg Press and completed more push-ups per set(see second attachment). These increases are a direct result of using the eWell puck!
My confidence going into the workout led me to push myself harder, leading to a larger-than-normal increase in weight and an increase in the number of push-ups per set.

Even after the increases, I recovered quickly from my workout, having little to no soreness.

My civilian job and my role in the Army require me to present during meetings with commanders, Generals, and Executives.
Typically, while I present, my heart increases due to nervousness. However, as I present while wearing my email, my heart remains consistent, and the eWell puck helps me remain calm and connected.
This has led to better presentations and a better ability to think when presented with a difficult question.
On December 14th, 2025, between noon and 1 PM, I led a presentation for the Battalion Commander and the primary staff of the unit, without the use of an eWell puck. As you can see from the screenshot, my heart rate increased to over 105 beats per minute (BPM) during that presentation. My increased heart rate was due to nerves.
On February 4th, 2026. I led a presentation for the Executive Director of Enrollment at Liberty University between 11 AM and Noon. As you can see from the attached file (Presenting with eWell), my heart rate was well below 105 BPM and more in line with my normal heart rate. Because of this, I was able to address complicated questions with a clear mind and critically think through the issues presented.
This is yet another example of how the eWell puck has improved my health over the past month. Again, I am extremely grateful for my puck and the opportunity to share its great benefits with others.

I am thrilled with the gains and recovery I have achieved while using the eWell Puck.

I put the eWell to the test by taking the Army Fitness Test (AFT) in March 2026 to see if I could improve my score from December 2025.
The AFT is an annual requirement designed to test a Soldier’s physical fitness and mental toughness. The AFT consists of 5 events: 3 rep max deadlifts, hand-release push-ups, the sprint-drag-carry, a plank, and a 2-mile run. After completing the deadlift event, Soldiers complete the rest of the events in groups of 4, with the only rest between events the time it takes the others in your lane to complete the event. You also get a 10-minute break between the plank event and the 2-mile run. The AFT is scored using different requirements based on age and gender. Every Soldier needs to score a minimum of 60 points in each event to pass the AFT.

On December 13 at 6:30 AM, I took the AFT during my unit's Battle Assembly weekend. Overall, my performance was fine, scoring 369 out of 500. As you can see from my heart rate on the 13th, my heart rate was elevated between 104 and 126 throughout the first 3 events and spiked at 180 during the 2-mile run. After completing the AFT, my heart rate remained elevated and took the remainder of the day to normalize. Additionally, I was very sore for the rest of the day due to pushing myself during the AFT.
On March 15 at 7:00 AM, I took the AFT again to see if using the eWell would improve my scores. Overall, my performance was much better, scoring a 389 out of 500, improving in every event except the Sprint-Drag-Carry. This improvement was due to my ability to recover quickly with the eWell puck. As you can see from my heart rate on March 15th, my heart rate during the first 3 events never got above 107, with my heart rate spiking at 174 during the 2-mile run. After the AFT, my recovery was much quicker. My heart rate decreased more quickly, and my soreness was minimal.
These two AFTs were taken in similar conditions, and my training was the same. The only difference was the eWell. I am so thankful for the opportunity to use the eWell puck and look forward to see how much more I can improve my AFT scores.
