Your eWell has two distinct surfaces: one curved and one flat.
Through our experience, we have found that the curved surface generally resonates best with the left side of the body, while the flat surface generally resonates best with the right side.
This orientation provides a useful starting point, but everyone is different. We encourage you to experiment with placement and orientation to discover what works best for you.
